Hammond Report December 17 2020 from Pandemic Quarantino - Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about playing in Downtown Louisville Kentucky with my band and last night New York City got slammed with record snow fall! Boston too! I just heard back from an excellent drummer in Boston, original member / drummer of Daddy Warbux in Boston, we have a connection because Sheba Coates was vocalist in Daddy Warbux before she came out to the Bay Area and Sheba was on my band 50 years ago - we hope she's out there somewhere and OK! radio broadcaster and instructor at Radio/TV Dept. might possibly find some film we did there in 1970, that would be super! Elaine is going to be on the Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" updated production by "The Radio Dog Theatre" from the good folks at will be streaming on Youtube this Saturday Dec. 19th at 7PM, I'll be playing some organ cues - tune in for that if you see this before 12/19 folks, and then it'll be up on Youtube afterwards as well - stay safe and come back tomorrow for another daily Hammond Report,Jon Hammond
