Hammond Report May 6 2021 From Pandemic Quarantino Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's music story about playing on a party barge on good old Lake Berryessa, some Lake Berryessa News and wishing the great Willie Mays Number 24 of San Francisco Giants a big Happy 90th Birthday! I met Willie when he opened up his club The Skybox in Emeryville where Kimball's East used to be - and I played there. I just joined the Sons Of Champlin Fan Group, I'm playing here with 2 long-time Sons of Champlin band members, Terry Haggerty who left the group in 2001 and James Preston who left planet earth in 2014, greatly missed!! We're playing my tune "Turkey Dog Sauteé" for the lake people here, yours truly Jon Hammond at the XB-2 Hammond organ - don't jump off the bridge and don't go near the glory hole folks, or you'll end up getting sucked down below to the ruins of the town of Monticello, California, no doubt about it!
