 - Hammond Report September 29 2020 from Pandemic Quarantino  - Jon Hammond - - Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about a bossanova tune I wrote in Paris in 1981 "Lydia's Tune" after flying there aboard  - Air France - Concorde from JFK to CDG supersonic, the flight took 3 hrs & 26 minutes - we are playing it here at  - Nashville Music City Center - kickoff concert for Summer  - NAMM Show - last year. This formation "Jon Hammond Funk Unit" with  - Roland Barber - trombone,  - Cord Martin - is the tenor saxophonist,  - Chuggy Carter - congas and percussion, Louis "Flip" Winfield drums, and yours truly Jon Hammond at the organ - stay safe out there folks, keep masking up in this pandemic!
