Daily Music and Stories from the organist and accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about kicking off the 2020 NAMM Show with my band Jon Hammond Funk Unit here on the big Pioneer Pro Audio bandstand outdoors as the people are coming in to NAMM Anaheim Convention Center - on the band, Charles McNeal is the tenor saxophonist, Koei Tanaka from Tokyo mast chromatic harmonica player, Chuggy Carter congas & percussion GON BOPS artist, Joe Berger playing his custom JJ Guitars model, Ronnie Smith back on the band, return of Ronnie and yours truly Jon Hammond at the Hammond Sk1 organ. With just 2 days to go before the big Election Day, yesterday on the Halloween Blue Moon night, it was so great to see main man Stevie Wonder sounding so great playing for the Biden / Harris ticket and great to see President Obama fired up and bringing the message! 104 year old Ruth Rosner, a real New Yorker voted early and so did I folks - have a beautiful day and be sure to mask up in public folks! I'll be back tomorrow with another Hammond Report, don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour today, fall back and catch an extra hour of sleep!
